  Brand New FCP7 Tearing (?) in the Canvas Display

  Just got a new MacPro (8 Core, 2.26 GHz, 2-NVIDIA GeForce GT 120) with FCP7 Suite. Loaded in a project and started cutting. In my BRAND NEW LED 24″ Apple Cinema Display I’m getting what seems to be tearing in my playback. I’ve found a lot of workarounds for older systems but wondering if anyone might know how to fix this issue.
