    I think it’s probably the glows going down the neurons representing a neural signal. Proximal in the luminance channel followiong objects which move down the splines the neural channel is probably based on would be my guess but that’s not the only wat to build it or texture it.

    Dear Brian Jones,
    Thanks for reply.
    I tried Proximal in the luminance channel. but I am getting problem over there. when the glow is travelling through thin neuron, it works fine, but when it goes to thick or bulgy big shape like in the middle of neuron its “O” type of shape, it just don’t luminate that thing.
    I tried changing luminance values at that perticular frames but not getting results.

    you can extend the range of the Proximal by increasing the End Distance (it can go higher than 100%) that should get you through the thick parts
