Bouncing ball reflection
I searched the archives for reflections and couldn’t find a thread addressing this. I’m looking to create a bouncing ball reflection on the floor. I know how to create a reflection when the object stays fixed to the floor. However, what I want is to have the ball bounce in (not connected to the floor) and have the reflection mirror that on the floor. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

I’m no expert, and there are probably a thousand ways to do this. But when i did a similar thing, I just pre-comped the moving object (a ball for instance…) duplicated the composition and reflected it.

Thank you both for your response. A simple solution, but for some reason I wasn’t thinking of it. I appreciate it and will give it a shot!
