    Hello, I am in the UK and a week ago I sent emails to 3 different contact address and also via the BORIS FX WEB site. I have not have one reply.. Does anyone have an email address for the support people. A few years ago on a MAC G4 we were running Media 100. We need to get some of the old project of that MAC and need an early version of Media100 12.0.3 and BORIS is where we originally got it from.

    Any ideas? Thanks

    Hello … Many thanks for taking the time to reply.. We did in fact email Mike and he sent the wrong link. When asked to supply the correct link nothing was heard. It has been over two weeks now. He has been sent all the various details of Licence number and download requirements but fell on deaf ears… I can’t believe a company such a BORIS treat queries so bad.
