Boris won’t allow me to see video from Avid
Hi – I’ve been using Avid FX (Boris Red) for about a month and I’ve always been able to drop in an Avid FX filter on my timeline and ‘Launch User Interface’ to bring up the plugin. Today when I wanted to create a simple title, Boris no longer displays my Avid’s video track underneath, it just has a very annoying orange backdrop with the figure ‘1’ in the middle on V1, and ‘2’ on V2.
I must have changed a setting or something, but I’ve no idea how to get my NLE V1 video image visible again in Boris… anyone can help?!?!

Try Preview>Image>Update Source
It might be set to proxy instead of update source.
