    FCP 7

My Boris 3D title tool is acting strange. The kerning is reset every time I create a new title or make spelling adjustments to existing titles. The letters are so close to together it’s impossible to read.

I’ve never seen this happen before and I find it particularly strange that it happens when adjusting existing titles.

For example, if I open a formatted title and change the year of a copyright from 2005 to 2010. The kerning of the “10” is reset to zero, even though the kerning before and after that isn’t. I’m then forced to highlight those two numbers and set the kerning.

Anyone know of a fix for this?

    Hi Jack,
Do you have your FC updated?
FC 7.0 had some troubles with Boris3D that were fixed.

Boris 3D also has preferences that can be trashed, though I can’t remember what and where… Call Boris on the phone or email them, they like Cows and can be very helpful when asked.
