    I have attempted to download the current Boris RED webinar Custom Effects and Titles…several times in the last few dasy.
    Each time I try to playback any of my download attempts, the video freezes at about 10 seconds in, while the audio continues as expected.

    I’ve tried from different internet connections and the result is always the same. Is the download file “broken”?

    Can you tell me what computer/OS are you trying to play back from? It plays back fine in our testing but there maybe OS or player difference.

    MacBook Pro, Core Duo 2.4, Leopard 10.5.6.
