Boris RED Training
Just a request for continued training for Boris RED users. What I would really like to see is a series based on RED capabilities and features that are not in BCC. Since almost any BCC tutorial can be transfered to RED (as long as that particular filter is present)let’s see some concentration on the features that are in RED but not present in BCC.
In addition, we would appreciate some tutorials focused on the advanced compositing features of RED. I’d love to see the kind of composting you would find in a typical Hollywood Blockbuster showcased in RED tutorials.

Thanks for asking. We are aware of the shortage of the comprehensive training for RED 5, AvidFX 6 and we are currently working on a new training product. Stay tuned for announcements.
In the meantime BorsTV offers a variety of RED based tutorials on this page:

there are over 20 RED-based tutorials, some are recorded in RED 4 but the same workflow would apply to RED 5.
Also, we just rolled out our new AvidFX Page. Even if you are not an Avid user, you can still find very useful RED 5 information and training on that page because Avid FX 6 = RED 5
