Boris Red Help Didn’t Install – Now Disk Won’t Mount
I recently upgraded to Media 100 8.2.3 and Boris RED 4 and have found that many of the key documentation and help files did not install. It seems like perhaps a quarter or more just aren’t there. Has anyone seen behavior like this?
When I try to go through a re-installation I find that neither of the disks (M100 or RED) will mount on my desktop. Tekkies at Boris have never seen this and suggest I ask the group. They’re willing to send replacement disks, but I suspect something OS-related.
I am using a Mac G4 with a Vincent 601 card, running OS 10.4.5–though I tried mounting either disk while booted into 10.3 and that doesn’t help. Help!
