    Hi,
I have the licence of BCC4 and RED3 and would want upgrade to BCC6 and RED 4 but I have (again)unsolved problems with the new versions (trial).
The tests (BCC6 and RED4) have been made on one new workstation on which I have not never installed

    BCC4 and RED3.
In past I have tried RED versions 4.3.1 and 4.3.2 without happening (other workstation).

    PROBLEMS:
Boris RED Engine does not recognize correctly the video card Nvidia Quadro FX 5800
RED, as plugin of PR CS4 it works but I have avoided to activate OpenGL.
RED, as plugin of AE CS4 “it seems” to work but when active RAM preview I obtain a BLUE SCREEN.

(BCC work well on AE and PR)

    Any solution for this ?
    Waiting for RED 5 ?
    Thanks. Enzo

    Hello Enzo,

I replied tot he e-mail you sent to support as well but I wanted to get in touch with you here as well.

Is the only issue you are having a Blue Screen of Death crash? Could you be more precise about the issues?

Screen shots, a more detailed description of the problem, and the Red project files would be helpful in identifying the issue.

    -Matt
