    Boris Red crash in CS5 creating thumbnail

    I have Boris Red with CS5.5 on a PC WIN 7 Ultimate 64-Bit, i7 CPU 930@2.8 GHz and 12 GB RAM.

    Installed and trying to generate thumbmails. Program crashes both as standalone and inside Premiere Pro CS5.5 as soon as generating thumbnails starts.

    Any suggestions is appreciated.

    Hi,

    From your description, it sounds like RED is having trouble writing the library browser thumbnails to the drive. This might be a permissions issue. The best course of action might be to have one of our support guys help you with this. You can contact them via email at support@borisfx.com.
