    Boris Red blur render problem

    Help! I’m working with Boris Red 3GL. For some reason the blur filter would not render when exporting to QTime.
    Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Hi,

    The only thing that I can think of is that the preferences file may have become corrupt … you might want to try deleting the preferences for RED 3 GL and then re-rendering the project to see if that helps. If that doesn’t do it then you should send a copy of the project to our support team who can troubleshoot the issue for you.

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks so much for your reply. Unfortunately, deleting the preferences didn’t solve the problem. Any other ideas? I will contact your support as you advised.
