Boris Red 5 activation
I bought the Red 4 during the pre-release sale and got Red 5. I have a problem and emailed Boris but since it is a weekend I thought I would try here also.
I had Red 5 installed on my iMac computer running OS X 10.6.6 but wanted to update. I originally installed 5 using a demo code and recieved an activation code. When I ran the newer installer I used the old trial code that came with the original demo. When I started up Red it said the Demo period was expired.
No problem, I thought. Just bring up the activation window and reactivate. But the activation window doesn’t appear when I select it in the help menu. Nothing shows. I’ve tried both the plugin version in FCP and the stand alone version. Neither will bring up the activation window.
Any ideas I could try. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, Nothing seems to work.

Just an update. I found my original downloaded installer and was able to reinstall.
