Boris Red 4.3 and Vegas 8
Hello,
I’m having a little trouble applying Boris red effects in Vegas.
When I try to add a Boris red video FX event it says my graphic card doesn’t support OpenGl and everything freezes.
I’m using a 3870 X2 card on Vista 64
Not sure what I’m doing wrong here so any help would be appreciated

Hi Geert,
Your best bet is to send an email directly to support – I’d help if I could but I don’t know the asnwer to your issue. Send an email describing the problem, and include a complete system description with the make/model of OGL card that you are using, to support@borisfx.com.
Sorry that I couldn’t be of more assistance but at least you now know where to get help for this issue.

Thanks for your fast reply. I’ve send an e-mail to their support but I’m not sure if they will answer to it because I’m still using the trial version.
Working in Boris Red itself isn’t a problem at all so it’s a bit strange to me.
Anyway let’s hope for the best and thanks again for the reply
