Boris Red 4.1 upgrade
Does anyone know the difference between Universal and non-universal versions of Red 4.1? I need to instal the upgrade, but Boris doesn’t document on the software or web. How do I know which is right for me?

Klabatraz, I’m going to assume you are installing RED into FCP. Is this correct? If so, what version do you have, 5.1._? Also, what type of Mac is it, Intel or non-Intel

It is a new Intel Mac with dual 3.0 GHz Xeon processors.
When I go to “About Final Cut Pro,” it says that it is running version 5.1. There isn’t another sub-number.
I went ahead and installed the universal version, but I’m having some more trouble. I don’t see the Boris options inside of FCP at all. No video effects, no transitions. I followed the instructions of starting FCP with Caps Lock down and then restarting FCP with Caps Lock up, but that didn’t seem to do it.
Your help is appreciated.
