boris preferences help
I just upgraded my editing system from Avid Express DV to Avid Express HD Pro w/Mojo. Before the switchover, my Boris FX and Graffiti were running fine. Now, when I import video or still, they import at 720 x 240, and I can’t get my preferences to let me change the values. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Daddybear, let’s start with the basics here, close out of all Boris and Avid programs and then trash your preferences(Mac) or .ini file (Windows). If that doesn’t do it, uninstall and reinstall FX/Graffiti. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact me at support@borisfx.com
