Boris FX + Vegas Pro 14

Hi Craig,

Have you tried importing the model into the standalone Title Studio application to see if that works? You can locate the app here :

c:\program files\boris fx, inc\lib\bcc ofx 10\bfx_app\.

Note that I was able to import a C4D model file without crashing the app but I may be on a more recent build of the software than you are using. If you would like to send me the model file that you’re attempting to import I will test it on my system.

Thanks for the response Peter. I just tried it in the standalone title studio with no luck. It still crashed.

My current version is 10.0.3.950

I’m working on a i7 Surface Book with power base.

I would love to see if you can get it to work on your system. I haven’t had much luck with Boris support :/

I was able to reproduce the error too with Title Studio standalone on Windows 7 from the BCC 10 OFX version. I even tried disabling the performance features under preferences. I have imported another c4d file just fine, but I don’t have another application installed that can verify your c4d file. Maybe Peter will have better news for us.

That sounds promising, thanks Mark. I never thought to try a different 3D Model :/ I’ll try out out some more files and see how it goes. I’ll keep you posted.
