  Boris FX transitions problem

  I am having a problem getting my transitions to apply and stay. For example, I create a transition between 2 clips & apply it, then I move on to the next 2 clips and apply a different transition. Then if I hit render the first transition is applied to both edit points. Also, if I render them out one at a time (apply transition render, move to next edit point apply transition, render) then somehow they become unrendered, they are totally screwed up & I have to redo them all, because they will all default to one (ususally the first) transition)
  It’s weird, I used to use Boris in M100 and I could apply the effects and do a render all, now I can’t.

  I also get transitions with 2 different boris fx mixed up in them, (it will be a dissolve then part of a wipe then back to a dissolve)

  Please, has anyone else had this problem?

  Using Powermac Dual 1.25, BorisFX 8, FCP4.5, QKt 6.5, OSX10.3.8
