  Boris FX and Red freezing my pc

  I’m new to Boris and recently downloaded the trial versions of FX and Red to try out with Vegas 7.. Both applications appeared to install ok, but when opening the apps. my system freezes and I have to physically power my tower off. I’ve installed them on a 2nd system without any problems.
  The pc that freezes is running a Dual Core AMD 4400+ with 2GB RAM, Gigabyte Radeon 9600 Pro vid. card..
  Has anybody else had similar problems and could it possibly be an issue with the dual core processor?
