October 28, 2009 at 8:46 pmYou do not need to uninstall 9.0 just install over it…and 9.3.2 will be a free upgrade so you don’t have to pay.

October 28, 2009 at 9:30 pmI just tried it on my editing laptop with the same results. Are my video cards giving me the problems?

The video card should not have a bearing on the install…
What options are you choosing when you run the installer…make sure you are choosing the Premiere Pro CS4 Option.

I have tried it with Premiere Pro and After Effects (and each separately) selected.

There are two folder locations that the plug-ins could install into. Please check both folder locations and make sure that the plugs are in at least one location:
C:\Program Files> Adobe> Common> Plug-ins> CS4> MediaCore
or
C:\Program Files> Adobe> Adobe Premiere Pro CS4> Support Files> Plug-ins -

October 29, 2009 at 2:51 pmThis is all I have in that area:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS4\Plug-ins\Common\AEFilters
But I do have:
C:\Program Files\Boris FX, Inc\Boris FX 9.3
and
C:\Program Files\Boris FX, Inc\Boris FX 9.3 (missing shortcut)
