  Boris BCC DVE Render Time

  I have a 90 min DV50 sequence, very simple video of a talking head with his powerpoint slides.
  4 tracks total for two cameras, jpeg slides and white solid bgd.
  I am using the Boris BCC DVE effect to scale down, skew the perspective, add a border and drop shadow to the speaker so he appears to the left of the slides. Below is an example.

  This sequence says it will take 12 hrs to render? Is this common for the boris DVE effect?
  I’ve never had long renders like this before with this system yet I usually don’t have this long of a sequence.

  I tried the “basic 3D” effect but it leaves too much of a jagged line.

  Any other ideas to achieve this effect is appreciated

  I’ve tried DV and ProRes sequences as well as removing the drop shadow and it still is long.
