    When I bring a XDcam HD self contained movie file into Boris Red 4.1.5.0 from FCP the clip is frozen, I can not get it to play at all. What do I have to do in order to work with XD cam HD files in Boris Red?

    Please Help!

    Hi Mike,

    Unfortunately, we currently we don’t support using XDCAM footage right now. You can transcode the files using Final Cut Pro or QuickTime Pro to something usable like Apple’s ProRez or DVC Pro.
