Boris AAF Transfer – Not relinking for Color Corrected Footage
If I take my FCP timeline and export it to Avid (without sending to COLOR first) it exports just fine and I can Batch Import into Avid. Hardly anything shows up in red (it knows the file path). But if I send to COLOR first, grade, render, then send back to FCP any try to export that out using Boris AAF transfer, all the media files are red (it doesn’t know the path) during the batch import.
Anyone know what the deal is with this? Is it something on the FCP side or on Boris’s side? Is there a workaround?
