borer around pip
I have a track which I cropped to create a picture in picture on the track below it.
I’d like to have a thin border around the pip so it is “framed”. I tried adding a “border” fx but this puts a border around the entire video, not just the pip.
what’s the proper way to accomplish this?

figured it out.
there’s a handy dandy “pre/post” toggle on the effects page.
