Boom Recorder
Hi all
I’ve just downloaded the trial version of Boom Recorder and I’m hoping to run it on an old G4 ibook. My question is, can I get an adapter to simply come out of my PSC mixer and into my ibook and have Boom Recorder recognise the signal. Maybe just an XLR 3 pin to firewire lead, if there is such a thing.Thanks in advance.

Unless your mixer already has a FW or USB output
(some do), you’ll need an analog to digital audio input device.Google for: FireWire Audio Interface
or: USB Audio InterfaceYou’ll find everything from a
