  Book To “Translate” Photoshop for AE Users?

  I am starting to like Photoshop, but whenever I want to do something significant, I have a big temptation to jump into after effects, because I am so used to the interface and terminology. Is there some sort of a book that will “translate” Photoshop for after effects users?
