A freind has asked me to make a cd narration from a chapter of his book. Panic I thought as Ive hav’nt done any speaker recordings like this, I have a good sound proof room and mike, but Can anybody give advice on keeping the voice clean with a little depth, in the end making it sound interesting if you know what I mean?

I’m just begining to pick audition up but have a way to go. Thus the panic!

    Thanks

    gego,

This isn’t a hard thing at all … Make sure that your computer is in another room or a closet so the mic doesn’t pick up any sound from it … Once you have finished you should EQ and then Hard Limit this will fatten it up to get the sound you are looking for … If you need instruction on this just right back and we can help …… WILLIE

    Thanks Willy,

EQ and Hard limit o.k if you get the chance I would apprieciate it if you could give me a few hints, but I’ll naturally have a go first.
