BMD HDMI capture – supports HDMI 4:2:0 sampling?

I am the one who maintains that page and community. Have sent emails to Blackmagic Design people telling them about it, welcoming them to participate in or take over it. It also says so in the “about” tab:

There are also links to BMD “official” sites and communities on the “about” page.

The reason for the OP in this thread is your request on that community.

Hope that eases your concerns. Piracy and stealing BMD graphics was the last thing on my mind when creating that page and community – I was doing it purely out of my desire to explore Google+ resources and putting them to good use.
