  blur with motion

  hi everybody
  the last 2 weeks i am experiencing a strange fenomena that drives me crazy. every time i move the video with the motion effect-i got a blury image in the video. it happens with and without exporting with encore. it happens too if i open it in a new project. any other effect doesnt influence only the motion. the source is avi dv. it happens in automatic transcode and other custums i tried. with another avi dv source – i see the image a bit shaking but no difference between with or without motion efect. with mp4 movies i see no problem at all. is there a special render that motion needs?
  please any help or clue will be wellcome
