  Blur over sign

  Hello,

  I’ll try to explain my problem in a decent English.
  I have a photo i took zoomin in a lot. Now in this phot there is a sign with written on it a name of a restaurant, but the name is blurred a bit and i can’t make out the name.
  Is there a way to make it clearer so that i can read the name?
