Blur one segment
I have about a 2 minute video and there is one spot on the screen that I want to blur out. And that segment is only for a 15 second piece of the video.
I have played a bit with pan/crop and the Mask option, the mask seems to be inaccurate. When I set one it seems to go beyond the keystone area you define. In other words, what vegas shows on screen as to where you are at the start keystone is actually probably a few seconds before that. And I get this white box showing in that other area.
Any thoughts on Vegas 11 and how to mask out one segement within the video for a limited duration of the total video?

Please see attached video, I made a blur effect using defocus from videofx.
I made it without voice instruction, but you will understand it. It’s a simple and easy.

For this i often use the Pixelator filter in Newbluefx Video Essentials if you have it or you can try using the cookie cutter filter instead of the
