Blur affects mask??
hey all, i just came across a problem. well its a problem in that iv never noticed it before, and im not sure if its just PS acting up, or this has always been a feature.
if i have a raster layer, something iv painted, whatever, and apply a mask to it, then apply a blur to the raster part (the mask is NOT highlighted), both are blurred. i am almost 100% positive this never used to happen. if i unlink the mask (turn off the little chain icon), the blur is limited to the layer, and doesnt affect the mask. though, i am certain iv never had to do this before.
can anyone else confirm this behavior? using CS6.
