  blue ray, import clip failure over 2 gb ram useage

  Encore latest Version: 3.01
  Tested with Win XP PROF 32 and 64Bit

  Hi all,

  if i try to import my 16 video clips already encoded in premiere cs3 (h264 30mbit cbr) i get the error message:
  “The software thats used to decode the media is not available on this system. Installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem”

  It semms to be that Encore ist stopping any action if the Ram use is about 2 gb of Ram or higher. Import of any clip is blocked. A creation of an Disc image or direkt burn ends up with a crash of encore.

  Any clue??
