  Blue Ray Error-Code 3 device not ready” notes

  Hi -Burns blue ray using Sony Architect 5- no problem so its not the burner.Really like Encore-using CS5 gets half way through-anyone heard of this error and how can I fix it as I think Encore is far better programme over all.
