Blue glow text animation
I have to reproduce the close effect used by CBS 2 News (the same that is in this video from minutes 0:22: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQ3w72UUwnk) with my logo and my text.
How can animate my text to obtain this blue glow effect?
