    Just installed and tested a project that we couldn’t burn in CS3 and it now works in CS4!!!!! There was a weird massage when I tried to use the exact same project in CS4, something about couldn’t use the video in the timeline. So I saved the project as, replaced the timeline with the same mv2 and ac3 and it worked! This was a very simple project with one menu and one timeline.

    I can confirm we are not testing here. I’ve politely declined Adobe’s offer for a paid upgrade from CS3 to CS4.

    You might be able to call and get a free upgrade since you bought it so close to release time.

    I got my free upgrade. They were pretty amazing about it.
