  Blu-ray rendering problem

  I have a problem with audio lag when I render a blu-ray file from my timeline. The audio lags behind the video about 1/4 second. Both the project settings and the render settings specify a 23.976 framerate. I don’t get this problem when I render out to an MPEG-2 for DVD Architect. This blu-ray lag happens when I render the video file and audio file separately, and when I render the video together with audio.
  Any help is much appreciated.
