Blu Ray Menus
When will DVDA allow us to create proper Blu Ray menus, not just DVD-style menus. For example, the pop-up menu present on most Blu Ray commercial disks?

Can you wait until Oct. 11?
DVDA 5. 2 is being released at the same time as Vegas Pro 10.
No one knows what’s being added so we’ll just have to be patient a bit longer 🙂 -
I think I can manage.
Will I get a free upgrade to 5.2? I currently have the latest version.

Not yet. The current version of DVD-A basically creates a very DVD-like model for your Blu-Ray projects. It’s handy when you’re building DVDs and Blu-Rays from the same project/assets, but if you want more advanced Blu-Ray behavior, not in there yet.
Hopefully, the release in October will add new Blu-Ray features, or at least let you include BD-Java code, so you could in theory supply your own “special sauce”.
