I need to customize menus and make professional Blu-rays.
I don’t have the Adobe subscription (Encore) and Toast is not very
good. I have been searching for reviews and can’t find any.
    Suggestions welcome.

Lots of lesser apps out there like https://www.leawo.org/blu-ray-creator-mac/

That said- why BluRay? Lots of better distribution options these days like Flash drives and online delivery.

For clients who want a DVD but you don’t want to give them a DVD because they don’t look good on HD televisions

Encore CS6 is what you want. No subscription, and you can create
custom menus, buttons and script actions. It’s kind of like DVD
Studio Pro for Blu Rays. I use it for all my Blu Rays. It’s not perfect, but
it’s by far, the best Blu Ray authoring app I could find for Mac.

    Gabe,
Exactly what I am looking for.
Do you know of a safe place to purchase and download it?
Adobe website doesn’t seem to sell it as stand alone.
