Hi!
I use illustrator and photoshop like a amateur, so Im nonspecialist, but I would like to do this text (effect?), so how can I do it?

I would search for a tutorial first. Basically, its a yellow piece of paper, wrinkled and scanned (or downloaded), then the text can be done manually (with a brush) then scanned OR using a custom brush tool. You can search for the paint, streak and other brushes on google. Pretty simple layout, actually.
