Bleeding walls
I want to create the following look:
A normal bathroom with bare walls. Then the walls start revealing stains that almost bleed in as if water was seeping from behind. So starting as small blobs that grow and grow and make the walls darker and dirtier. I can’t think of any film examples other than Silent Hill, with the bathroom scene.
any ideas?

Either shoot some ink tank stuff or buy it. Digital Juice’s Compositor’s Toolkit has some good stuff and Artbeats is always good. Then it’s just a matter of either compositing it into the shot or using it as a track matte for another layer.
