Blank screen when capturing on Vegas 5
I am capturing on a computer in our studio using Sony Vegas 5 and as soon as I hit the capture button my preview window goes blank. I have checked to make sure that the Always Preview option is on. I have even gone as far as uninstalling and re-installing Vegas but the same thing happens.
If anyone could help me out with this I would appreciate it.

It may well be that the video card on that ‘puter doesn’t support overlay.

I do appreciate the time you took to respond to my post but the video card does support it because it was working about 3 weeks ago. I have been trying since to get it back. Sorry I should of mentioned that.
