Blank green canvas from nested sequence
Why am I getting a blank green screen in the canvas area in a nested sequence taken from HD material? Strangely enough, if I add a filter effect to one of the original clips, the green screen turns back into the footage again for that particular clip and I can view it just fine. Only unfiltered clips seem to be unviewable.
The color of the render status bar for the blank green canvas areas is green.

(Correction, the status bar is grey.) Anybody???

Have you tried trashing your preferences? You might want to trash your render files (if there are any). Highlight the clips or the nest and press control b to take it offline and then control b to bring it back. Many times this clears any sticky render files or errors linked to the clip.
