Blank Emitters
I am following your tut on making someone disintegrate and it says to add a blank emitter, which I did and right-click and change it to an area emitter? There are MANY options there, but I do not see anything that says to change it to an area emitter? Am I missing something? Everything else seems prety straight forward, I am just missing this step. Can you please tell me what I am apparently missing? Thanks!

Changing the shape of emitters is done outside of the Properties window, on the stage itself. Right-click on the emitter in the stage, and choose the 5th option down, Make Area.
