Blackmagic Ultra studio 4k
I just upgraded to MC 2021.3 and my Ultrastudio 4k is not recognized is there a update for this . also is there a upgrade for Avid surface controllers they no longer work (avid artist control, transport and mix ) help will be greatly appreciated

I find the latest version of Desktop Video is not always the best and somewhat device dependent. I have an Avid DNxIO which is a version of the original Ultrastudio 4K and sometimes use an older version of Desktop Video.

Agree on using an older Desktop Video install.
We had to play this game years ago when we first moved from U4K to the Avid Artist IO.We stopped upgrading the Desktop Video app at times up to a year.
