  Blackmagic Shuttle Dropped Frames?!

  Is anyone else getting dropped frames when they record with the Blackmagic Shuttle USB 3.0? I’ve tried recording via Media Express, Premiere Pro, and VirtualDub, but I always end of getting dropped frames. I would think that with my specs I would get pretty good results. I’ve tried remove updates and reinstalling them. I have the latest drivers and firmware of everything. If you have had this problem before or know how to fix this, please please let me know. It’s frustrating to spend so much money and to get dropped frames. I really want to get this solved. Let me know if you need any more info. You can post here or email me.
