BlackMagic Intensity Mjpeg codec question
I have an Intensity Pro on a PC desktop with Adobe Production Studio, the question I have is it possible to use the BM Mjpeg codec on a laptop with Premiere to do a live capture via FireWire without having a Intensity card present?? Or is the codec tied to the Intensity card?

Hi,
The codec is not tied to the card but it’s not possible to capture and transcode on the fly during a firewire capture.

Thanx for the answer, do you know if there is going to be a Express54 or 34 card Intensity equivalent for a laptop in the works?
