    Blackmagic intensity extreme black screen on tv

    hi i just bought a blackmagic intensity extreme and i want to capture xbox360 footage

    but when i connect everything

    xbox hdmi into input
    tv hdmi into output
    and thunderbolt in my macbook pro

    i get a black screen my xbox settings are 720p 50 and blackmagic express capture settings are 720p 50

    does anybody know how to fix this ?

    I have the same bug. I want to capture xbox 360 footage. I tried, component video, composite, hdmi. All of them fails. Black Screen. I tried video desktop 9.1 and 9.2 beta on mac, and i tried on windows too, but THERE IS NO DRIVER FOR INTENSITY EXTREME ON WINDOWS YET!!!!

    help please!

    Hi,

    Couple of things you can try:

    1) Does component output from the Xbox work?

    2) Does toggling the RGB YUV output settings in the Xbox menu settings do anything?

    3) Do you have any other sources other than the Xbox you can try?
