  BlackMagic footage 30 fps needs to be converted to 23.976

  What would be the best way to convert 30 fps Black magic raw footage to 23.976

  I need to preserve the speed or time.

  and will this give the same effect as if it was shot on 23.976

  we shot at 216 shutter angle
