    Blackmagic Card with FCP

    I use FCp with blackmagic decklink extreme card. Its workin well except for one thing. When i preview it on Monitors, there’s a slight delay ( out of sync ) happening on both the FCP and the monitor when i view External Video

    Is there any way to avoid this and have both things appear in sync?

    Your computer monitor is in sync with the computer audio.
    The Blackmagic video is in sync with the Blackmagic audio.
    You can’t have them all sync.

    Hi,

    The Mac’s internal audio runs on a seperate clock from the card’s. This is why you’re getting sync issues. Please monitor audio off the DeckLink Extreme card instead and you should be fine.
